The CheckbookNYC Spending dataset can be downloaded using the CheckbookNYC API tool. People can use this tool to design their own snapshots of NYC Spending Data. The resulting dataset can be saved as a file, or published by dynamically updating XML feed of the data. This feed enables users to build your own web applications and widgets for your website.
This dataset is different from other datasets we have analyzed, because it focuses on New York City spending and public procurement.
