The Procurement and Contracting Agency (ACCE) has conducted a survey of the executing units within each subsection, establishing a database where the name and contact persons responsible for purchase details. Currently the share of central government information appears, but we are working on obtaining data from the remaining agencies.
ACCE promotes improved management and transparency of the procurement and contracting public sector, providing advice on the creation of public policies, regulatory framework, technology, and related training and broad access to the information generated.
ACCE is recognized as an effective instrument for the promotion, coordination and management of public policies relating to state purchasing and contracting and building trust and transparency in the system.
